Joyful Action: Creative Intelligence and the Four Golden Rules

If you wish to unlock the highest potential of your mind, remember the four golden rules for optimal functioning:

  • Do not criticize
  • Do not despise
  • Do not stay on the defensive
  • Do not obstruct

It is not easy to refrain from criticizing, despising, defending, and obstructing in daily life. But through meditation, inner coherence develops naturally: without strain, you cease practicing these negative habits first with yourself, and then effortlessly with others — with a calm smile. It is wonderful!

Meditation is fundamentally an action — an action occurring deeply within your neurophysiology. It is not passive withdrawal or escapism. One meditates for effective action: for dynamic movement demonstrated through living.

The more intelligent and refined you become, the more you are drawn toward subtlety. And the subtler your awareness, the more creative your intelligence becomes in daily action. Creative intelligence is the baseline you should expect from yourself.

Without creative intelligence, you merely “know” about life on a superficial 5% level of grey matter. When creative intelligence awakens, you truly comprehend. Everything belongs to you, and you belong to everything. Your wealth of experience multiplies.

The nourishment of creative intelligence is Being. Anchored in Being, you no longer reject painful past memories; all experience becomes integrated into your living wisdom.

Through meditation, the fourth state of consciousness awakens without friction, gently leading you toward Being. Transcending allows your physiology first to relax, then to thrive, and ultimately to experience pure joy from head to toe.

Thank you.
