In 1973, I began practicing Transcendental Meditation with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.
For 38 years, Maharishi was my undisputed teacher and guide.
Today, my guide is my own consciousness.
With my consciousness and direct experience, I share and teach you Meditation.
